Plain version: you pay for a travelogue, you keep your words and photos, we host the page and try not to lose it.
One travelogue page for one trip: a hosted page at an address you choose, a map, a calendar, and as many moments as you care to log. You can edit it, restyle it, and share the link with whoever you like.
Don't use it to break the law, to harass anyone, or to publish someone else's private information. Don't upload photographs you have no right to publish. Don't try to reach other people's travelogues or the machinery underneath. If you do any of that we may close the travelogue.
You keep every right to the words and photographs you upload. You give us only the permission we need to store your work and show it on your page. We will not use your photos to promote the service without asking you first.
Your travelogue is only as private as you make it. If you have not set a visitor passcode, anyone with the link can read it. Keep your passphrase somewhere you will find it again — it is hashed, so we cannot recover it or tell you what it was, only replace it if you can prove the travelogue is yours.
This is a small service run by one person. We do not promise it will be available at every moment, and we do not promise it will exist forever. We do promise to give you reasonable notice before shutting anything down, and a way to take your material with you. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, and our liability is limited to what you paid us.
You can ask us to delete your travelogue at any time and we will. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
